When my soul is tired and weary
And it's so hard to carry on
I seek out a tranquil place
My heavy burdens to lay down
The Bible tells us of a Land
Where peaceful waters flow
When daily struggles hinder me
In my mind, that's where I go
I picture Jesus waiting there
Beside the waters still
Taking my hand to welcome me
Saying, "Whosoever will."
In a gentle voice so soothing
He says, "Give me your cares."
My soul laid bare; my heart rejoices
As I leave my worries there
His loving arms console me
In this Place of sweet repose
As He gives me words of comfort
My faults and fears expose
My heart no longer burdened
My spirit whole and clean
Knowing that I can e'er return
To this valley so serene

On the last and greatest day of the feast Jesus stood and said in a loud voice,
"If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the scripture has said
streams of living water will flow from within him."
