Grandma Dolly
Memories tell of her wisdom
Her loving heart of gold
The caring and the tenderness
Gave her a wealth untold
A helping hand, a gentle smile
She gave to her family dear
Her loving way of living
A warmness so sincere
Her grace and understanding
Were priceless beyond measure
She's still precious to her family
Her memory a treasure
You see, we never knew her
A Mother to nine daughters and sons
We don't even have her picture
Her children are gone - save one
Grandma Dolly will always be with us
In memories of stories passed on
By all her loving children
Who lost their young Mother too soon
