Sweet Ambrosia

A precious lady who touched many hearts
And gave of herself beyond measure
Has left this world for a Heavenly Home
To partake of God's wonderful treasure

A rare and precious flower was she
Who left her footprints on the sands of time
A blessing in all things righteous and good
An inner beauty serene and sublime

A sparkle in her eyes so shiny and bright
Sweet Ambrosia was our precious angel
Spreading God's word to those far and near
Reaching lost souls as His evangel

Unselfish and giving to everyone she knew
Always putting their needs before her own
God's good and faithful servant to the end
Earned a crown and a seat at the throne

A true flower growing in the garden of life
We will be heartbroken without her
When she breathed that final soft breath
An aura of radiance shone about her

She embraced the joy that awaited her
Now part of the Heavenly chorus
Imprinted faith and love on many hearts
And left everlasting memories for us
