The children are tucked in their beds
Dreaming soundly the night away
Dreaming about Santa and his reindeer
Flying above the houses on his sleigh


He will bring toys for children and cheers to everyone
With gifts tied in ribbons of red, green and gold
He will make the world a happy place
Something he does for the young and the old


It's cold and snowing outside
Yet the stars are shining bright
This is the night of Christmas magic
Santa will travel through the night


Then back to the North Pole he will head
With a mighty wave of his hand
Shouting Merry Christmas to everyone
May there be peace and love across the land
